Yamaha offers a full line of rugged and durable Utility ATVs with the Grizzly Series. The lowest powered Grizzly is the Grizzly 125 that is ideal for ages 16 and over and comes with a fully automatic transmission, a rugged engine, electric start and integrated floorboards and lots of leg room.
The Grizzly 350 Automatic is mid-sized ATV, two wheel drive vehicle that is equipped with Yamaha’s Ultramatic transmission and disc brakes. The Grizzly 350 is lightweight, easy to steer and is powered by a tough 349cc, air/oil cooled SOHC, 4 stroke engine.
The Yamaha Grizzly 350 Auto. 4×4 features an on-command two wheel/four wheel drive, a solid rear axle and front disc brakes. When you want to venture up on the steepest hills, the Grizzly 350 Auto. 4×4 IRS gets the job done. The On-Command 2 WD/ 4WD with differential locking and the independent suspension gets you through the roughest conditions with ease.
At the top of the Yamaha Grizzly hierarchy sits the Grizzly 700 FI Automatic 4×4 EPS Ducks Unlimited Edition. This award-winning big vehicle has a very powerful 686cc, 4 stroke, liquid cooled single, SOHC four value engine and electric power steering. It is equipped with fuel injection and Yamaha’s own fully automatic Ultramatic transmission with Diff Lock. It has the On-command 2WD/4WD, independent rear suspension, digital meter, 4 wheel disc brakes all wrapped up in an Realtree AP HD Camo pattern.
There are several more Grizzly members that fall in the mid sized range of the power spectrum. No matter which Grizzly you are interested in, they are all very comfortable, plenty powerful, and have no trouble climbing up steep embankments and over big rocks. Yamaha has set the bar very high with the Grizzly and it may be some time before another manufacturer can answer.
